Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Custom-made furniture, bespoke interior items, and personalized décor are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable design templates or files
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Custom furniture or design commissions
- Installation or consultation services already rendered
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be approved and processed through CAWOS Global Interiors directly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@cawosglobalinteriors.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the purchaser first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
